Ongoing Implementation with Giraffe
John Delany, Giraffe founder, worked with the Remke team to kick-off each strategic initiative. He continues to work with teams and executive leadership to this day. To begin strategic implementation with Remke, initial discussions were used to create calendars of action, get the teams on the same page and introduce the RACI concept, a matrix that clearly identifies roles and responsibilities. That system helps keep people accountable and on task. When integrated with a clear plan, including metrics and milestones, this model provides ongoing guidance and leadership, even when John is not on-site.
