By 4pm, we had our target audiences specifically identified, program objectives set for each of the next three years, revenues forecasted, key tactics laid out and our expected cost increases explicitly defined.
We also had identified who was responsible for implementing each part of the next steps. The only thing we didn’t get to was sequencing the activities for the year.
The result of a single day meeting:
Specific, precisely defined, measurable, timed objectives and actions that told the story of the plan for growth.
We adjourned in time for all children to be picked up from school, right on schedule.
